About the Farm
Our Story
Simon grew up in Grainger County helping his uncle with hay operations. After graduating from the University of Tennessee in 2018, he purchased the farm and launched operations focused on sustainable, farm-to-table agriculture.
He began with beef production, then expanded to heritage pork and lamb after marrying Andrea. Today, Newman Farms raises Berkshire pigs, grass-fed cattle, and pastured poultry — all with an unwavering commitment to ethical, sustainable practices.
